In the subsequent planes (b and c), the large right coronary artery aneurysm in the mid right atrioventricular groove with large layered irregular thrombus with luminal irregularity is noted. In a more cranial plane, there is dense calcification in the mid right coronary artery before the aneurysmal dilatation (d). Further cranial planes (e and f) show extensive calcification of the left anterior descending coronary artery in its entire length, calcification of the proximal left circumflex artery, and extending into the distal left main coronary artery too. There was associated dilatation of the left main and proximal left anterior descending coronary artery to around 8 mm seen in the angiogram also
