Figure 2: (a) Firm, grey white ridge at the sinotubular junction has produced severe stenosis. All the semilunar cusps are dysplastic. Of interest is the fusion of the coronary cusps to the ridge producing near-complete and complete isolation of right and left sinuses of Valsalva, respectively.
